Request Account & Data Deletion – Teamup Goals

If you wish to delete your account and associated data from the Teamup Goals mobile app, please follow the steps below. This process ensures your privacy and complies with data protection regulations.

Steps to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to contact@drashta.com with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
2. Include your registered phone number with country code and username in the message body.
3. Our support team will verify your identity and confirm the deletion within 7 business days.

What Data Is Deleted

• Your account credentials (username, phonenumber)
• Goal tracking data and progress history
• Any personal preferences or settings

Retention Period: Once your request is confirmed, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

What Data Is Retained

• Anonymous usage statistics (non-identifiable)
• Support correspondence (retained for up to 90 days for audit and compliance)
